I built WooMate for myself. Because I was fed up with the grind
Hours spent on products. Manufacturer catalogs, supplier files, fixes to descriptions and SEO. And then more tabs, just to check what was actually happening in the store.
I knew that routine all too well. I built WooMate so the same work that took me hours could be done in minutes.

A simple change. A few hours gone
I've been running WooCommerce stores for 8 years. Over that time, I've lost hundreds of hours to manual work.
Descriptions in the heating industry meant digging through manufacturer catalogs. Find the right model, pull out the specs, write the text, take care of SEO and move it all into the store. Then the same for the next product. And there were hundreds of them waiting.
Catalog fixes, imports and checking results looked the same. I jumped between wp-admin, spreadsheets and Google Analytics. It drove me mad when a seemingly simple change stretched into several hours. I knew what needed to be done. Doing it took the most time.

I wanted to assign a task and see it done
I needed a tool that works on my store's data, uses product documentation, prepares content, helps analyze results and makes approved changes in WooCommerce. That's how WooMate came about.
Today I describe the task in the chat, review the proposed changes and approve the save. I prepare descriptions in batches from manufacturer materials. I check the result instead of clicking through each product separately.
For me it's a game changer. I don't go back to wp-admin for product work anymore, because there's no need.

I brought experience from more than 40 stores into WooMate
Working on those stores, I developed ways of preparing content, working with documentation and organizing data. I built them into WooMate.
That's why a product description is created from your store data and the materials you provide: a technical catalog, specifications, manufacturer information. WooMate has something to base specs, use cases and differences between models on.
The content also follows our own rules for structure, specificity and SEO. To develop them, I used, among other things, analyses of Google search patents. The same approach covers posts and graphics, so your messaging stays consistent in your store and on social media.
“Six months of work in 3 days”
Norbert Jastrzębski, WooMate's first customer
Norbert used WooMate chat to work on his store's content and SEO. In three days, he completed a scope he had estimated at six months of manual work. After testing, his company bought a Lifetime license.
His technical feedback helped improve the app. A real task in a real store shows best what works and what needs refining.
