Six questions to start your review

Instead of five tabs with separate dates: one question, a ready report and a comparison with the previous period.

How is the store doing?

Sales, orders and average order value against the previous period and the year before. For the current month, a forecast at the current pace.

What's selling?

Bestsellers, categories, out-of-stock and low-stock items. Estimated time until stock runs out, and products that don't sell.

Who's buying?

New and returning customers, monthly cohorts, customers to win back, and segments to export as CSV.

Are the ads paying off?

Google Ads and Meta Ads spend and results next to store sales, with a break-even point after costs.

Where does traffic come from?

Sources, UTM campaigns, devices and the purchase path from GA4. Queries and pages from Search Console.

Which orders need attention?

Payment and fulfillment exceptions, order search, and status changes after you approve them.

See results after costs, not just revenue

Enter product costs and order handling costs, and connect your ads. Monitor shows the result after costs and the break-even point for campaigns. Products without a cost entered are flagged separately instead of guessed.

For stock, you add lead time and safety stock. You get a list of actions: what to reorder, what's sitting idle and what will run out before the delivery arrives.

Manage existing campaigns from one place

You see Google Ads and Meta Ads results next to store sales. Recommendations are based on clear rules: no spend, clicks without conversions, a sample that's too small, results below break-even.

You prepare pausing, resuming and daily budget changes for an existing campaign in Monitor and approve them before saving. WooMate doesn't create new campaigns.

  • We don't add up Google and Meta conversions, because each platform attributes sales its own way.
  • The ratio of store sales to ad cost also includes sales from other sources, and it's labeled that way.

Things to get done, not just charts

Merchant Center queue

Disapproved products with the reason, a fix at the source and a recheck. Open, pending and resolved issues in one place.

Abandoned carts

A list of carts with a recovery link and tracking of paid sales. Requires the WooMate plugin in your store. WooMate doesn't send messages to your customers.

Phone notifications

New orders, failed payments, low stock and daily revenue below a threshold, through the ntfy app. The same issue doesn't come twice.

Pages to improve in Google

Queries with a high position and low CTR, highlighted as places to improve the title or result description.

Before you connect your store

Do I need all the integrations?

No. WooCommerce alone is enough to review sales, products, customers and orders. You add Analytics, Search Console, ad accounts and Merchant Center as needed.

How does Monitor count sales?

By the creation date of orders that WooCommerce treats as paid. Amounts include taxes and shipping, minus recorded refunds for those orders.

Does Monitor show actual profit?

When you enter product costs and order handling costs and connect your ads, Monitor shows the result after costs and the break-even point. Products without a cost entered are flagged separately instead of guessed. Other business costs aren't included.

What are the forecasts based on?

The monthly forecast extends the daily sales pace so far. Time until stock runs out is calculated from the stock level and the product's sales pace. Both help with planning, but they don't predict changes in demand.

Is the data updated in real time?

Monitor pulls data from connected services and shows when it was fetched. You can refresh the view manually. How fresh the results are also depends on the source: Google and Meta update data at their own pace.

Can I use Monitor for several stores?

Yes, on the Agency plan, up to 5 stores. You switch the active store, and each has its own connections and reports.
