You pay for WooMate by plan. You pay for AI by usage
Your subscription covers WooMate's tools, integrations and workflows: fetching data, preparing changes or materials, and saving them in your store.
For AI features, you connect your own key from the provider you choose. That provider bills chats, content and graphics to your account. A short text fix, a large catalog and a graphic cost different amounts, depending on the model and the scope of work.
You set a monthly AI cost limit in WooMate. For every task, you see what it cost. Monitor and CSV import don't use AI.

Before you choose a plan
Does Starter have fewer chat features than Pro?
No. WooMate AI works the same in both plans. Pro adds Studio and Import: tools for content and graphics, batch work and adding stock from CSV.
Do the trial limits apply to paid plans?
No. The limits of 30 messages, 20 products in Studio, 10 graphics and 50 products in import apply only to the trial. Paid plans have technical limits on single operations and files, plus your AI provider's limits.
Do I have to connect all integrations right away?
No. Start with your store and the connections your first task needs. You can add analytics and ads later.
Is Agency also for owners of several stores?
Yes. Agency covers up to 5 stores managed from one account, your own or your clients'. Each one gets all four modules.
How do I change my plan or turn off renewal?
Email hello@getwoomate.com from the address linked to your account. We'll change your plan or turn off subscription renewal. Pro Lifetime is paid once, with no recurring WooMate fee.
Does free onboarding include working through my whole store?
