- Create an account and enter your WooCommerce address
WooMate sends you to WordPress, where you approve access without installing a plugin. You can start with read-only access.
- Add what your first task needs
For product fixes, an AI key. For technical descriptions, the manufacturer's catalog. For ads, a Google Ads or Meta Ads account. You can add the rest later.
- Run the task on a few products
Start with one category, a few descriptions or a small CSV file. Check the result and how it's saved, then repeat it for more products.

You have work to do, but first you need to connect your store, choose an AI model and find the right tool. We'll go through it with you, on a real task from your store.
Help is free for every new user, including during the trial.

What to know before you start
Do I have to buy a subscription first?
No. You can get help during the trial, with no credit card.
I already have an account, but I got stuck on setup. Can I still request help?
Yes. Tell us where you are and what you want to do. We'll start from the point that's blocking you.
Do I need to know how to code or write complex prompts?
No. In the chat you describe in plain language what you want to do and which products it applies to. In Studio and Import you use ready-made forms.
Can I just browse my store data at first?
Yes. When connecting WooCommerce, choose read-only access. Saving changes and importing require write access.
Why do I need my own AI key?
It connects WooMate to the model provider you choose: Anthropic, OpenAI or Google. Usage is billed by the provider, separately from WooMate. Monitor and CSV import don't need a key.
What if I can't connect my store?
We'll help you check the connection. You can also add WooCommerce keys manually when the standard authorization doesn't work.
How long does onboarding take?
The call takes 30–60 minutes. We reply to requests within 24 hours and set a time together.
